“Who is sore from FIT 360?! We took the challenge to the next level during Week 3.
I knew that this week was going to be challenging for me, not because of the recommended workouts or nutritional changes, but because of a busy schedule with work and social activities. I tried my best to cross as many of my workouts off early in the week as possible, but unfortunately I still only did the elliptical work out once. I hope I can squeeze in another elliptical workout later Sunday evening. In the past if I had a busy week with work I wouldn’t go to the gym even once. I was not perfectly happy with my workout schedule this week, but I am proud that it was a big improvement from the past.
I really enjoyed the challenge of FIT 360! I had tried it once before in the summer, but it was a little too challenging for me then. I was very happy to realize that I’m definitely improving my fitness level. My favorite thing about FIT 360 is kind of silly, but it is how the workout is written out on the white board. I really like to know what we are doing now and what is coming up next.
How did you do with drinking water? I usually drink some water throughout the day, but this week I was constantly refilling my water bottles. Drinking lots of water also meant going to the bathroom often! Haha! An added bonus, I realized when I was logging my meals throughout the week that I did not really snack between meals, probably since I was so full from drinking lots of water.
I’ve lost another 1.5 pounds so I’m officially over halfway to my goal of 10 pounds. Good luck during week 4!”
