Only two more weeks remain in the GetFit@WRRFC experience. Read Laura’s latest update:
“Week six has come and gone! This week went by so quickly! I did not feel like I was able to commit my 100% effort to the entire week because of a busy schedule and a sick day. But when I was focused, I gave it my all!
Although I had some things I could have done better, I was very happy with the workout plan for this week. They felt like an easy part of my routine, rather than something I struggled to incorporate! In this regard, I feel like I have achieved my first goal of making my workouts a part of my routine instead of an afterthought.
I was not able to fully embrace the food challenge for the week. Portion control is certainly something that I struggle with, but I will try to keep it in mind for the remaining two weeks.
I already have my meal plan made and my workouts written on my calendar for the week so I am ready to make week 7 amazing!”
